Conditions of Entry
By entering and paying for this membership form you agree to the conditions of entry as listed below
The judges & officials decisions are final & no correspondence will be entered into.
The taking of still or video pictures for promotion without any fee or other obligation to myself.
Contest fees are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
Failure to follow reasonable directions of the Officials, inappropriate behaviour or bringing The South Australian Bodyboard Club into disrepute may result in a fine and or disqualification.
Divisions with only one competitor will not be surfed; however you must be present on the day.
Release Clause
In applying to compete in the South Australian Bodyboard Club I ACKNOWLEDGE that there are inherent dangers associated with surfing & my participation in the titles and that serious accidents can happen which may result in me being injured.
To the full extent permitted by law, I agree to ABSOLVE & INDEMINFY South Australian Bodyboard club, its officials, sponsors and or employees from & against any and all liability for injury, loss or damage however caused arising from my participation in the titles.
